What We Collect ?

This privacy policy explains what onlinealarmclock.co collects. The short version: no personal data, only basic technical logs. None of our tools require an account. None of them send data to our servers.

Alarms, timers, and sound choices stay on your device. So do your theme and language settings. Everything is stored using the browser's localStorage.

There is one exception. Every website generates basic server-access logs. When a browser requests a page, our hosting provider and CDN (Cloudflare) record standard technical details. These details include the URL requested, a country-level IP location, a browser/user-agent string, and a timestamp.

We use these logs only for security monitoring. That means blocking abuse and detecting attacks. We also use them for basic uptime diagnostics.

These logs are kept for a limited period. They are then rotated out. They are never linked to an individual visitor's identity. We never sell them or share them for marketing purposes.

What We Don't Collect ?

No name, email address, or personal information is required. This applies to the alarm, timer, stopwatch, countdown, clock, world clock, and calculator tools. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account on the public site.

We don't sell data. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't build behavioral profiles.

We also don't read, store, or transmit what a visitor types into a tool. This includes an event title or a birth date entered into the age calculator. Those values live only in the browser's memory or localStorage. Where relevant, they may appear in the URL of a link — but only if the visitor chooses to share that link themselves.

Legal Basis & Jurisdiction

Your Rights

Our tools don't require an account. They don't collect personal data beyond routine access logs. This means there is generally very little personal data tied to any visitor for us to act on.

That said, you may still have rights under GDPR, KVKK, or the CCPA/CPRA, depending on your location. These can include the right to request access to your data, correct it, or delete it. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. You may request your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We answer requests within the timeframe required by applicable law — typically 30 days under GDPR/KVKK.

Third Parties

The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare provides CDN and DDoS-protection services. As a result, it processes standard connection metadata — IP address and request headers — on our behalf while delivering the page.

We do not run third-party advertising networks. We do not sell visitor data to data brokers.

Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Plausible, are entirely optional. They are off by default. They only become active if the site operator explicitly enables one in the admin settings. If enabled, that provider's own privacy policy governs the data it collects.

See the Cookies Policy for the full list of cookies and analytics providers.

Children's Privacy & Changes to This Policy

onlinealarmclock.co is not directed at children under 13. This also covers the relevant age of digital consent in a given jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact [email protected]. We will address it promptly.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updates reflect changes in the tools or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
