Terms details
Acceptance of These Terms of Service
By accessing or using any tool at onlinealarmclock.co, a visitor agrees to these Terms of Service. Anyone who does not agree should not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, regardless of location. They are written in plain language wherever possible, rather than dense legal boilerplate.
The Services We Provide
onlinealarmclock.co offers a set of free, browser-based time-management tools. These include an alarm clock, timer, stopwatch, countdown, clock, world clock, date calculator, age calculator, and Pomodoro timer. All tools run entirely in the browser, using standard web technologies such as JavaScript, the Web Audio API, and localStorage. No software installation, browser extension, or account is required. Individual tools may be added, removed, or modified over time. The goal is to keep the core set free.
Acceptable Use
Visitors agree to use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Visitors also agree not to do any of the following. They agree not to disrupt, overload, or degrade the service. This includes automated scraping at a rate that impacts other users. They agree not to bypass security measures. They agree not to access non-public areas of the site, such as the admin panel, without authorization. They agree not to use the tools to facilitate unlawful activity. They agree not to misrepresent their identity when reporting bugs or security issues. Access may be blocked from any IP address or client reasonably believed to be abusing the service.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available." They come with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The alarm, timer, and countdown tools depend on the browser tab remaining open and the device staying awake. Because of this, on-time firing cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. Browsers may throttle background tabs. Devices may sleep. Network or hardware issues are also outside our control. This site should not be relied on as the only method of waking up. This is true for anything where being late has serious consequences. Examples include a flight, an exam, and a medical appointment. Always pair it with a native device alarm for anything critical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elif Aksoy and onlinealarmclock.co are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This applies to damages arising from use of the site, or from an inability to use it. This includes a missed alarm, a lost timer, or any decision made based on a calculator's output.
Intellectual Property
The onlinealarmclock.co name, logo, site design, and original written content are the property of Elif Aksoy. They may not be copied or republished without permission. The underlying tool functionality is free to use for its intended purpose. Some built-in alarm sounds are licensed under CC0 (Creative Commons public domain) from their original creators. Where the source license requires attribution, that attribution is maintained in the site's sound credits.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights a visitor may have under the law of their own country of residence.
